Come enjoy the spooky Halloween decorations outside of the library while you Trick-or-Treat! Food trucks will be set up outside, with dinner and hot chocolate available for purchase. Between 5PM and 7PM, head into the library for trick-or-treating. Seating will be available outside so you can relax while you enjoy your meal or to just take in the Halloween decor. Costumes are encouraged for all!
