Learn about Wisconsin's history—through cheese! A cheesemonger from Fromagination in Madison will be at the library to discuss the history, science, and art behind cheesemaking, particularly as it developed in the state of Wisconsin. They'll guide attendees through a cheese tasting featuring local cheeses as well.
