Join local author Steven Stack as he reads from his new book, Behind the Curtain: The Tooth Fairy (a journalistic investigation). The book is written in a way that will appeal to all ages, so bring the whole family! Here is a reader review from Amazon:
My son is 10 and intelligent but difficult to find books for that he will actually enjoy reading. Usually he will just read Dairy of a Wimpy Kid books over and over and is wary about expanding his horizons. But he LOVED this book. It has the humor he craves and is witty but also incredibly sweet. Its message is one that all ages will appreciate. In other words his mom loved it too (aka me). My son’s only critique was that he wished it were longer so he could have spent more time reading it. Ha ha And he is eagerly awaiting any sequels that might come out.
There will also be a dramatic presentation, a craft, and refreshments to satisfy your sweet tooth! There will be books on hand for purchase and for the author to sign.
